Pledges Inc. has been supporting tech training bootcamps across the globe since June 2021. We are aDelaware registered 501(c)(3) based in California, providing financial and strategic support to IT TrainingBootcamps across the world to equip young people with relevant IT skills and certifications.

Our focus on training is to equip young and mid-level professionals with the skills relevant and needed toenter and succeed in the IT sector in their own countries as well as globally. We believe that trainingindividuals and helping them secure viable job opportunities, is the first step to a sustainable andeconomically secure future. We focus greatly on the impact of the training programs we support, by theemployment and placement numbers and the salaries generated.

We also encourage our partners to focus on financial sustainability, by remaining engaged with thegraduates and alumni. By encouraging the alumni to give and pledge back to their parent organization,we ensure that our investment is revolved to support future students & trainees, and create a financial sustainability pipeline for the training bootcamps and organizations.

Over the past two years we have supported 9 bootcamps and training organizations mainly in the MENAregion, Pakistan and Indonesia, impacting the lives of 7,097 individuals over the course of 2 years. With the support – financial and strategic – of Pledges Inc., the bootcamp partners have successfullygraduated 730 trainees across 7 bootcamps, placing 191 trainees in economically viable jobs, on the pathto financial sustainability. Presently (as of May-2023) Pledges Inc. is supporting 32,308 active studentsacross 6 bootcamp partners.
